LAFC2 defeated Ventura County FC 2-1 Sunday night at Titan Stadium in Fullerton, CA.
Forward Nathan Ordaz put the Black & Gold up 1-0 in the 30th minute on an assist from Luis Müller. Müller sealed the match in the 49th minute with a goal of his own off a free kick right outside of VCFC’s 18-yard box.
LAFC2 improves to 3W-1L-1D (11 points) in the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season, and next takes on Portland Timbers 2 at Titan Stadium on Sunday, April 28. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. PT.
