Laurent Ciman has been named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 9.
The LAFC captain scored the first goal in Banc of California Stadium history in extra time on Sunday. The free-kick strike from distance handed the Black & Gold all three points and secured the Club's first-ever home win.
Ciman has two goals in his last two matches. The defender had only scored three goals in his prior three seasons with the Montreal Impact.
