The exclusive Spanish-language broadcaster of LAFC games, Univision Los Angeles, which includes UniMás KFTR 46 and Univision KMEX 34, will air pre-game and post-game shows, as well as provide exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the team on numerous shows and digital platforms. Additionally, Univision will have a presence in the fan activation area at Banc of California Stadium for all LAFC home matches.

“We are excited to be the official Spanish-language broadcast television partner of the LAFC,” said Luis Patiño, President and General Manager of Univision Los Angeles. “The club has brought a renewed passion, heart and vision to our community and we’re pleased to be a part of it.”

LAFC matches will feature play-by-play commentary and analysis from Univision Deportes’ stellar team of sportscasters.

Part of Univision Communications Inc., UniMás KFTR 46 consistently ranks as one of the top broadcast stations in Los Angeles. During the 2018 February sweep, the station ranked No. 4 in Primetime, regardless of language among Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54, outperforming ABC, CBS and FOX.

“We are excited for the opportunity to make history this season with Univision Los Angeles,” LAFC EVP and Chief Business Officer Larry Freedman said.  “We could not ask for a better partner in the Hispanic community as we continue to build our club street by street and block by block with the diversity that makes Los Angeles such a special and unique city.”
