The Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) announced today that the LAFC Gaming Charity Challenge Series returns this Sunday, April 5. The Black & Gold’s RemiMartinn will face off against FC Dallas’s Ihab “i9ibbs” Abualneel in a home-and-away series with kickoff slated for 3:00 p.m. PT live on twitch.tv/lafc, with all proceeds from the matches donated to support the fight against COVID-19 through the LAFC Foundation.

In keeping with the #StayHomeStaySafe campaign, LAFC has teamed up with Allied Esports, a leading esports entertainment and production company, to provide fans with weekly FIFA20 matches to help raise money to help support the fight against COVID-19 via the Club’s official Twitch and Twitter.

Last weekend, LAFC raised over $5,000 in donations as the LAFC Gaming Charity Challenge had over 323,000 live views. Fans tuned in to donate and watch RemiMartinn defeat the Galaxy’s GGGodfather 2-1-1 in the inaugural series.
