LAFC announced today that their match against Real Salt Lake, originally slated for Wednesday, August 26, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, September 9 at 6:30 p.m. PT at Rio Tinto Stadium (YouTube TV, Estrella TV, ESPN LA 710 AM, and KFWB 980 AM).
The rescheduled match was one of five MLS games postponed in support of the players standing in solidarity with the Black community.
Next up for LAFC is a trip to Seattle to take on the Sounders FC on Sunday, August 30 at CenturyLink Field. The Black & Gold are currently in fifth place in the Western Conference with 9 points after six games. Last month, LAFC eliminated Seattle with a 4-1 victory in the Round of 16 of the MLS is Back Tournament.
