The Los Angeles Football Club remained unbeaten in MLS play in 2023 following a 0-0 tie Saturday night in Colorado with the Rapids. A difficult and hard-fought game pushed LAFC’s record to 3-0-2 (11 points) and the Black & Gold now sits in third place in the Western Conference. LAFC is one of just three MLS teams without a loss this season.
LAFC goalkeeper John McCarthy recorded his third shutout in MLS action and his fourth overall this season, facing 14 Colorado shots.
