The Los Angeles Football Club saw its four-game home winning streak come to an end with a 3-1 loss to Inter Miami on Sunday night.
Ryan Hollingshead scored LAFC’s lone goal in the 90th minute in front of a record crowd of 22,921 at BMO Stadium.
Despite the loss, LAFC remains in third place in the MLS Western Conference with an 11-8-7 record for 40 points.
LAFC will be back in action on Saturday, September 9 when the club travels north to face the Portland Timbers. That game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV, 710 AM and 980 AM.

- Ryan Hollingshead scored his third goal of the season in the 90th minute. He is now tied with Stipe Biuk and Mateusz Bogusz for third on the team in MLS goals this season.
- Hollingshead has now scored in each of his last two home games, having also tallied in the 4-0 win over Colorado on August 23.
- Carlos Vela was credited with the lone assist on Hollingshead’s goal. That was his team-best eighth of the season, leaving him two assists shy of his fourth season with double-digit assists in MLS.
- This was LAFC’s first home loss to an Eastern Conference opponent since a 2-1 loss to New York City FC on May 29, 2021.
