Two of LAFC's goalscorers in its 3-0 win over the Columbus Crew on Saturday have been included in the MLS Team of the Week.
Carlos Vela takes up his almost weekly role as a starter in the Team of the Week. The MVP frontrunner scored his league-leading 12th goal of the season to seal the 3-0 victory. Vela has been included in the Team of the Week seven out of the 11 weeks this season.
Mark-Anthony Kaye opened the scoring for LAFC, netting the eventual game-winner in the 37th minute in Columbus. Kaye's inclusion in the squad is his second team of the week honors in 2019. Through 12 matches in 2019, Kaye has topped his goals tally from last season with his third of the season.
