Days after being ranked No. 1 for the U14 age group by Top Drawer Soccer, the LAFC Academy's match with Liga MX powerhouse Club America will be broadcast live on Univision Deportes on Thursday at 1pm PT.
The match is part of the Nexen Manchester City Cup in San Diego. Featuring the academy sides of clubs from England, Mexico, and MLS, the Man City Cup runs through Memorial Day Weekend and includes age groups from U9 to U18.
In addition to facing Club America, the U14 LAFC team is scheduled to play San Diego Surf, Crossfire Premier, and New York City FC in group play.
