How can I renew my membership?
- No action is required to renew your membership.
How can I add-on tickets in the Supporters Section?
- Demand for Supporters Section memberships are extremely high and memberships have been sold out for quite some time. In the event that memberships become available, they will be extremely limited. Requests will be fulfilled based on tenure and subject to availability. In order to secure a Supporters Section membership, you will need to first renew your current membership. Non-renewed accounts will be ineligible for relocation.
How do I cancel my membership?
- The easiest way to opt out of your membership for 2025 is clicking the OPT OUT via your renewal webpage.
If I decide that I want to renew after filling out the cancellation form, how do I renew my membership?
- By canceling your membership, you are forgoing your specific seating location. Should you change your mind, contact your Membership Services Representative.
Why can’t I upgrade / add seats / relocate right now?
- Our relocation period will occur a few months after renewals. Our inventory will not be finalized until after the renewal process is completed. At that time, we will have a better idea of availability.
Why do I have to renew my current seats if I want to upgrade/relocate?
- As a membership benefit, renewed members will receive priority on the best available locations at BMO Stadium. Only renewed members who are currently on a payment plan will be eligible for relocation. Please note, due to the high number of season memberships, we are unable to guarantee the ability to relocate, upgrade, or add to your current membership.
How do I upgrade?
- Please click the Make Changes to my Account button(hyperlink). Keep in mind upgrades are subject to availability and in-stadium capacity. The relocation period will occur sometime in September.
- Selecting “make changes” will not change your membership seats without your action in September.
When does my payment run?
- Your first payment for your 2025 membership will run July 15th.
